Agilitas names Sara Wilkes as new CEO

Wilkes was appointed COO in January this year

Agilitas IT Solutions has today announced the appointment of Sara Wilkes as its new chief executive officer.

Wilkes replaces former Agilitas CEO John Hayes-Warren who left the channel services provider to take the helm of distributor Intec Microsystems last month.

With more than 18 years’ experience in the IT channel and holding the position of Agilitas’ chief operating officer since the beginning of the year, her appointment represents the next phase in the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

As COO, Wilkes has been responsible for enhancing the company’s technology-driven growth, strategic expansion and employee empowerment, working closely with department heads to execute the firm’s operations and support the wider team.

Prior to joining Agilitas, she held roles at Computacenter and most recently SCC as director of customer experience, bringing a wealth of expertise in driving innovation across the entire IT channel.

As CEO, Wilkes will focus on driving Agilitas’ strategic vision, with a strong emphasis on refining the customer experience to ensure it is deeply embedded in the organisation’s culture.

She will lead efforts to foster innovation and align the company's long-term goals with market trends, positioning Agilitas as the premier partner in the technology channel.
