Infinigate brings Cloudflare partnership to more European countries

Cloudflare cybersecurity solutions to be made available across new regions after success in Germany

The Infinigate Group has expanded its value-added partnership with connectivity cloud vendor Cloudflare to deliver cybersecurity solutions across Europe.

After a successful venture in Germany, Infinigate will distribute Cloudflare across Austria, Switzerland, the Benelux region, France, the Nordics, and the UK and Ireland.

The new expansion aims to support growth and provide added value through a range of expert services to complement Cloudflare and partner offerings.

This move also reinforces the distributor’s presence in Europe, after Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum, chief growth officer at Infinigate, told CRN last month that the company had grown to a “comfortable size” in Europe.

In May, the company bolstered its UK portfolio thanks to a new agreement with Oxfordshire-based vendor Sophos.

In September, Infinigate Cloud, the Swiss distie’s cloud unit, announced it would extend its partnership with N-able to introduce its portfolio in the UKI and extend its range across further European countries including France, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.

But the VAD’s ambitions don’t stop with the European continent, as the chief growth officer previously told CRN that Infinigate is eyeing APAC and has recently acquired a majority stake in Australian IT distributor Wavelink.

“It is great to see our partnership growing with Cloudflare,” said Ferrand-Ajchenbaum.

“Their support and our mutual alignment have ensured the success of our collaboration, and we are in great shape to leverage growth across a significant territory, leveraging the cybersecurity market’s current double-digit growth.

“Our extensive channel reach will pave the way to deliver Cloudflare’s connectivity cloud services at scale while our channel partners will benefit from Cloudflare’s efficient and easy-to-deploy cybersecurity solutions to help customers manage their attack surface and increase security while reducing cost and complexity.”

Tom Evans, chief partner officer at Cloudflare, added: “I am proud to welcome Infinigate into the PowerUP programme, further strengthening our partner ecosystem.

“Their addition brings invaluable expertise and resources that will enhance the support we provide to our partners, driving growth and innovation across the community.”---
