Integrity360 enters DACH region with Adsigo buyout

New acquisition to boost the Irish reseller’s PCI and cybersecurity services

Integrity360 today announced it has acquired cybersecurity services company Adsigo to fulfill its pan-European dream.

The acquisition allows the company to expand into the DACH market, with the German consultancy already serving customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This new deal will also provide additional skilled resources to the Irish MSSP’s PCI and cybersecurity compliance teams.

Adsigo will also aim to enhance Integrity360’s regulatory and cyber framework services capability such as ISO27001, cybersecurity strategy, and third-party risk management.

Integrity360 intends to further invest into the company to turn it into a regional hub for the full suite of Integrity360 services during 2025 and will add a new security operations centre (SOC) in Germany, on top of the already existing SOC based in Dublin, Stockholm, Naples and Sofia.

The SOC teams deliver managed services for customers such as endpoint detection and response (EDR), extended detection and response (XDR) and managed detection and response (MDR).

“The enhanced group will now significantly expand our existing activities and cyber services across the DACH region as well as offering the wider range of Integrity360 services to the existing customers of Adsigo,” said Ian Brown, executive chairman at Integrity360.

“With the addition of Adsigo, group revenues in 2024 will exceed €135m (£111.74m) significantly up on 2023, and group resources to approximately 550 employees”

Ralph Woern, founder and CEO of Adsigo, added: “I am really delighted that Adsigo is joining Integrity360 and continuing the journey that we started some 20 years ago.

“Adsigo is excited to continue that journey but also with Integrity360’s support, allowing us to further expand our team, our services, and our market coverage.

“Our skills, combined with those of Integrity360, will provide an extension of our portfolio of professional, support and managed services.”

To fulfill its pan-European vision, Dublin-headquartered Integrity360 has acquired many companies across the continent in recent years, such as Swedish cybersecurity services provider Netsecure, Irish reseller Advantio, and London-based cybersecurity MSP Caretower, and expanded its suite of Microsoft security services across the UK, Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, and the Nordic region in January.

The MSSP is also looking outside of Europe, with for example the buyout of South African cybersecurity and cloud services company Grove Group in August.
