Nextview Consulting enters UKI with Sabio Group’s Salesforce practice buyout
New partnership to provide service cloud voice and AI solutions across Europe
Nextview Consulting has acquired Sabio’s Salesforce delivery practice, self-proclaimed the longest-standing Salesforce consultancy in the UK.
The new merger will aim to enhance the Dutch company’s Salesforce consulting services to address the growing demand for digital business transformation across Europe.
This move will also allow the London-based reseller to increase its focus and grow its expertise in service cloud voice and AI practice.
As part of the deal, the two firms have entered a preferred partnership to provide service cloud voice, contact centre, AI, data solutions, and Salesforce cloud capabilities to customers in the UKI and mainland Europe.
Sabio’s Salesforce practice boasts over 15 years of experience and more than 600 certifications.
“In the last two years, we have expanded our design-led digital transformation capabilities with investments in Sweden, Germany, and CEE, said Huub Waterval, founder and president of Nextview Consulting.
“Acquiring Sabio’s Salesforce professional services accelerates our move into the UK and continues our growth as the largest pure-play Salesforce partner in the region, especially with our newly launched Agentforce AI Accelerator Studio.”
This new buyout reinforces Nextview’s commitment to European expansion, after the company opened nine offices across the continent (in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and Sweden) last year.
Will Lamb, former CRO at San Francisco-based VRP Consulting and Salesforce ecosystem vet, has been appointed managing director of UK & Ireland.
“I am proud to lead [Nextview’s] mission in UKI, excited to welcome the Sabio Salesforce practice team, and look forward to partnering with our customers.” he said.
Stu Dorman, chief innovation officer at Sabio Group, added “Sabio has developed unmatched expertise in Service Cloud Voice combined with platforms like AWS Connect and Genesys Cloud.
“This partnership will strengthen our position as Salesforce’s leading contact centre partner in the UK and mainland Europe.”
Following the acquisition, the company expects to reach over €30m (£23.75m) in revenue, with over 250 employees and more than 1100 Salesforce certifications.
Stu Dorman, chief innovation officer at Sabio Group, commented: “Sabio remains dedicated to strengthening its relationship with Salesforce across the UK and Europe.
“This move will provide joint customers with access to Nextview’s extensive expertise in broader salesforce cloud offerings, while Sabio will intensify its investment in delivering service cloud voice and advanced AI solutions, expanding our expert services for clients in the global contact centre and customer experience ecosystem.”
