XMA has signed an exclusive partnership with DataGardener to give the reseller sole exclusive rights to sell the business’ software solutions in the UK and Ireland.

Launched in 2020, DataGardener’s data, insights, and use of “actual intelligence over artificial intelligence,” aim to allow more informed decision making, mitigate risks, and identify new opportunities.

The platform’s software also provides organisations with enhanced due diligence to improve credit risk assessment, help customers identify opportunities for cost savings, prevent fraud, analyse market trends, offer marketing tools, and streamline procurement processes across the public sector.

This new deal will aim to strengthen XMA’s presence across the UK, as the business intelligence platform already works with more than 16 million companies across the country.

“DataGardener are market leading in industry and to agree to an exclusive across the UK&I with XMA is truly humbling,” said Darren Howe, strategy & commercial director at XMA.

“Their revolutionary software aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing innovative solutions to all industries.

“Access to this level of data intelligence will enable organisations to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions.”

Tarun Kumar, founder of DataGardener, added: “This partnership marks a significant step forward in our mission to make data accessible and actionable.

“We are confident that XMA’s expertise and reach will enable us to deliver the benefits of DataGardener to a wider audience.”

The partnership’s goal is also to make information easier to find and gather for customers, thanks to the company’s modern user interface.

This follows the company’s acquisition of the entire issued capital of GBM Digital Technologies Group Holdings (Sync) in January.

The Nottingham-based reseller, which ranks number 12 in CRN’s Top VARs 2024 List, also acquired Capito for £3.5m in April 2023.
