Exclusive Networks has signed two new agreements with AWS as the cybersecurity distie aims to boost its cloud capabilities and expand its market reach.

The first agreement makes Exclusive an authorised AWS distributor for the EEA and Switzerland.

This will allow the French distie to promote AWS adoption across the region by delivering further cybersecurity and digital infrastructure solutions.

The second agreement makes Exclusive a part of the AWS designated seller of record (DSOR) programme, which allows the company to serve as a global distributor for its vendors in the AWS marketplace.

“These agreements with AWS are a major step forward in Exclusive Networks' digital roadmap, enabling us to continue innovating and offering the best solutions and services through premier channels,” said Jesper Trolle, CEO at Exclusive Networks.

“We are determined to pursue our mission to expand growth opportunities for both our vendors and channel partners.”

This announcement comes after a year of expansion for the distributor.

Last year, Paul Eccleston, SVP of EMEA at Exclusive, said “the growth of services and growth of enabling services for our channel and vendor partners is key for [the company].”

Building on this promise, the Paris-based distributor saw its gross sales increase to €1.255bn (£1.04bn) in Q1 FY24, a 6.4 per cent increase from the year prior.

But this was just the beginning for Exclusive, as the company stenghtned its focus on the Irish market thanks to its strategic agreement with Fortinet in October.

In Q3 FY24, the distributor’s overall IFRS revenue reached €415m, an 11 per cent ccy increase from the €378m generated at the same period in 2023, while simultaneously signing a distribution partnership with NetApp.

The company also made two distribution partnerships with Druva to deploy the vendor’s data security services to partners across 28 countries, including the UK.

The firm has also been acquisitive, with the buyout of US-based MSSP Cloudrise in late November.

More recently, Exclusive launched Netskope’s managed services across EMEA to help firms “unlock the full potential of their cloud journey.”
