GVAV launches new sites across the UK
New facilities to boost both operational and energy efficiencies
AV provider GVAV has expanded its branch facilities in Coventry and Leigh to rejuvenate technical capabilities across the country.
The Coventry branch has now relocated to the new Holbrook Park development and will provide the company with a 200 per cent increased warehouse space.
The building features a rack build and testing area, sales floor, meeting spaces and EV charging infrastructure.
The close access to the M6, the longest motorway in the UK, will also aim to bolster the firm’s ability to serve clients in the Midlands and mid-Wales.
North by Northwest
The new Leigh operations centre operations will strive to breathe new life into the company’s north-west operations, after the latter remained in Atherton for over two decades.
The facility has also been built with sustainability in mind, as the new “Grade A” industrial unit will be solar-equipped.
The upgraded site will also aim to boost employees’ productivity as it features noise-cancelling materials and a rack-built area.
Continuous infrastructure investments
“These strategic upgrades represent another significant milestone in GVAV's evolution,” said Kristian Cutting, joint managing director at GVAV.
“With substantially increased warehouse capacity and enhanced technical facilities, we're positioning our teams to deliver even greater value to our clients across the UK.
“These purpose-built facilities demonstrate our ongoing investment in infrastructure that will support GVAV's continued growth and industry leadership for years to come.”
The new investments, which are reportedly fully self-funded, are the fifth branch upgrade for GVAV in less than two years.
The organisation updated its facilities in Scotland and the South West last year.
In 2023, the reseller moved its London head office from Hounslow to Feltham.
The company is also present in the North East with its Seaham office.
Surprisingly enough, GVAV is not the only VAR who opened new sites in the UK recently, as WWT launched a new integration centre in Coventry last week.
GVAV ranks number 92 in CRN’s Top VARs list.
