Exertis duo join Titan Data Solutions to drive ‘ambitious’ growth

Phil Browne and Matthew Croucher join the specialist distie’s team

Titan Data Solutions has hired two former Exertis cadres.

The specialist distie has appointed Phil Browne as sales director and Matthew Croucher as CFO.

The duo bring over 40 years of combined experience in IT distribution.

These strategic hires align with Titan's ambitious goal of achieving £100m in revenue by 2028.

Browne, with 22 years in distribution, is known for building high-performance sales teams.

As sales director, he will drive revenue growth and strengthen Titan's market position by aligning with resellers and vendors.

"I'm thrilled to be joining Titan at such an exciting time in their story," Browne commented.

“In a short space of time, they have cemented their place as a renowned specialist in the UK channel."

Matthew Croucher, bringing 19 years of industry experience, will lead Titan's financial strategy as CFO.

His priorities, in line with Titan’s overarching strategy, will be to optimise financial performance and ensure sustainable growth.

Croucher commented: "Since [its] inception, Titan [has] consistently achieved double-digit annual growth rates, and in my role, I will deliver a strategy that supports and drives the customer-centric focus of the business."

CEO Ben Jackson, who stepped into the role earlier this year as part of Titan's leadership restructuring, commented: "As a business, Titan have incredibly ambitious growth plans, and both Matt and Phil have a wealth of experience that they’ll bring to the business.

Founded in 2018, Titan Data Solutions has been on a growth trajectory, recently celebrating reaching the £30m revenue mark and setting its sights on £100m.
