Avaya reseller G3 hives off recruitment
Fast-growing comms reseller retains tech recruitment firm Ingenio to support long-term growth goals
Comms reseller G3 Comms has outsourced recruitment to a third party to build on the 30 per cent-plus growth it experienced last year.
The London-based firm, which is a member of Avaya dealer network Aura Alliance, has retained tech recruitment specialist Ingenio to support its long-term growth plans.
Ingenio is initially recruiting for six new roles across network operations, project management and sales and will deliver managed services including the outsourcing of all recruitment and a dedicated onsite team.
G3 and its connectivity channel business Genius are experiencing a growth spurt, with post-tax profits almost doubling to £1.4m on revenues that rose 32 per cent to £15m for the 12 months to 30 April, 2015.
That growth is being fuelled by contract wins stemming from the Aura Alliance, a network of Avaya partners formed in 2009 that claims to have 3,200 Avaya-accredited specialists in 120 countries at its disposal.
"Innovation and integration are the key drivers in today's most progressive unified communications applications and connectivity solutions, and our business is perfectly placed to capitalise on both," said G3 CEO James Roberts.
"To ensure we remain at the top of our game and achieve our future goals, we need to continue recruiting the best in the business because the real value of what we offer is in the expertise of our people. Ingenio has a proven track record in our market, and we're very happy to have them on board. They offer a refreshingly honest approach and are a great fit with our existing team."
Ingenio director Rob Magee added: "We are delighted and very proud to be operating as G3's dedicated recruitment arm - this is a business-changing engagement for us, and we're ecstatic to be doing this with such an innovative client."
