Ex Comms-care exec rocks up at Cantel

Rob Darby joins Nottinghamshire-based services provider as strategy director

Nottinghamshire-based networking firm Cantel has welcomed former Comms-care exec Rob Darby its first strategy director.

Darby previously spent 15 years at Comms-care, working as sales director and then commercial director before departing in October last year.

Cantel is based in Newark and has offices in Surrey and Leeds. It counts Dell, HPE, Cisco and NetApp among the vendors it works with.

"I've been aware of Cantel for a while but have become increasingly aware of their reputation in the IT channel over the last few years. Having met with the team it took me less than 2 minutes to make my decision to work with them and help them on their journey," stated Darby.

"With an unrivalled commitment to their partners alongside some exciting plans for growth over the next few years the team is definitely destined for success. I am looking forward to the ride."
