Sapphire Systems snaps up ServiceNow specialist ITOM Solution

ITOM Solution acquisition expected to accelerate Sapphire's presence in digital transformation marketplace

Sapphire Systems has acquired UK-based ServiceNow partner ITOM Solution.

ITOM Solution provides IT operations management, AIOps, application performance management and IoT cloud services. It counts ServiceNow, Dynatrace and Cisco AppDynamics among its vendor partners.

London-based Sapphire Systems is backed by private equity firm Horizon Capital and aims to become a leader in providing digital operating platforms both through organic growth and acquisitions.
