Sapphire Systems expands US footprint with Pioneer B1 buyout
Deal marks second in five days for London-based Sapphire Systems
Sapphire Systems has expanded its US footprint through acquiring SAP partner Pioneer B1.
It is the second acquisition announced by Sapphire in just five days, having previously bought up UK ServiceNow partner ITOM Solution last week.
Based in Arizona, Pioneer B1 is an SAP Business One Gold partner.
The deal with strengthen Sapphire Systems' US market presence with the opportunity to "significantly grow" the business further.
Horizon Capital-backed Sapphire Systems claims the deal is part of its buy and build strategy to become the leader in the ERP and digital platforms space.
