Former NTT Security boss appointed as new CEO of cybersecurity firm
Matt Gyde takes on role at Foresite after leaving NTT earlier this year
SaaS cybersecurity firm Foresite has announced that it has appointed Matt Gyde as its new chairman and CEO.
Gyde has more than 25 years of leadership experience and recently served as president, CEO and board director of NTT Security, a position he resigned from in April.
He has also held several executive roles with Dimension Data, which was acquired by NTT Holdings back in 2010.
"My vision for Foresite is that we have the opportunity to move security closer to the edge of the network, providing innovative and scalable SaaS solutions that are more predictive in their cyber approach," Gyde said.
"Businesses working with Foresite are confident they have a world-class solution and team protecting their core assets."
Current CEO Robin Mayo will remain with the company despite Gyde's appointment.
Foresite provides several services including managed detection and response, critical asset security management and security information and event management, working with companies like Bank Midwest and Hakkasan Group.
