The Microsoft Gold partner said the buy is part of its “ambitious” plans to grow across UK&I this year
inTEC Group has snapped up FROG IT Services to mark its thirteenth acquisition since its inception in 2016.
The Manchester-based group said the deal falls in line with its strategy to further extend its geographical reach throughout the UK and Ireland.
With the addition of FROG IT Services to its roster, inTEC now boasts eight sites in Manchester, Altrincham, Newcastle, Cumbria, Guildford, Sussex, Dublin and now Cambridge.
"We are absolutely delighted to welcome FROG IT into the inTEC GROUP," said its chairman and CEO, Simon Howitt.
"We are excited to begin working with them to bring added value to their client base and further enhance the inTEC portfolio through their additional industry experience.
"This latest acquisition extends our reach across the UK allowing us to deliver even greater value for our clients."
Who are FROG IT Services?
Founded in 1993, the newly-bought IT training and solutions provider is a Microsoft Silver partner with a ten-person strong headcount.
Based out of Cambridge, it offers managed IT support and consultancy services to businesses across the UK.
Richard Fella, managing director of FROG IT, added: "We are delighted and excited to become a part of the inTEC GROUP family.
"This will allow both our customers and staff to benefit from being part of a larger organisation but whose core values remain the same as those of FROG IT.
"This will mean that additional services will be available to our customers which were not part of our internal offering previously.
"Our staff will have access to further areas of expertise and can use their own high skill levels to enhance the inTEC Group in those areas where we have great depth of knowledge."
