Richard Eglon reveals new role with start-up Nebula Global Services

Former Agilitas veteran Richard Eglon is back in a new role as chief marketing officer for Nebula Global Services.

He will be joining the Nebula leadership team to help drive its global sustainable services strategy, go-to-market, propositions, and brand equity.

Founded during the first lockdown in 2020 by experienced channel duo Peter Murphy and Ross Teague, Wokingham-HQ Nebula Global Services focuses on outcome-based global services.

"I'm extremely energised to be joining the team at Nebula. From my initial discussions with Ross and the management team, it was clearly apparent that their ambitions and long-term goals as a business were very much aligned to my own values and aspirations," Eglon said.

"I've always been enticed to emerging and disruptive tech businesses who I believe have uncapped potential, in terms of their service proposition and subsequent market opportunity. Nebula categorically fits this mould, and I can't wait to join the team for an exciting journey ahead."

Ross Teague, CEO, Nebula added: "We are genuinely excited to have someone of Richard's pedigree join the Nebula leadership team.

"His track record in building successful technology brands over the past 20+ years speaks for itself. The passion and energy he brings for nurturing a high growth culture with authentic purpose aligns with our own ambitions."

Who are Nebula Global Services?

Speaking with CRN earlier this year , Teague and Murphy revealed Nebula already has a roster of more than 100 partners globally despite being only three years old.

The group doesn't deal in hardware or software sales but offers professional services, managed services, and resource-as-a-service.

It is billed as a channel services organisation with a mission statement around being "customer success obsessed".

The pair also talked about their ambitions for the company this year, which included expanding into the US.
