CrowdStrike continues MSP drive with latest launch
The security vendor unveiled its new programme for MSPs and MSSPs
CrowdStrike continues to focus on services as part of its strategy with its latest announcement.
The security vendor has debuted its Falcon Complete for Service Providers, a new programme for MSSPs, MSPs, system integrators and global SIs.
The NASDAQ-listed company claims Falcon Complete helps partners scale managed security services portfolios, close skills gaps, and augment internal teams.
Moreover, with the new programme, partners can now tap into Falcon Complete's existing team and offerings to create co-branded or white-labelled managed security services or even offer customised services built on top of Falcon Complete.
"Falcon Complete for Service Providers makes it easier for customers to consume the industry's #1 MDR services with added capabilities from their chosen service provider for seamless security and peace of mind," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike.
"Customers have the full benefit of not only choosing their preferring provider, but also realising the highest levels of protection against advanced threats."
CrowdStrike ramps up support for service providers
In March CrowdStrike revealed it is seeing huge growth through MSSPs.
Annual recurring revenue generated through MSSPs more than doubled in the company's fiscal 2023, which ended January 31.
CrowdStrike now generates 83 per cent of its overall revenue through channel partners, its CEO George Kurtz said in a quarterly call with analysts.
Meanwhile its VP of EMEA channels, John Taylor revealed to CRN he is encouraging channel partners to inject capital into services.
"I want them to invest in services. A lot of our partners understand our product, understand who buys it, and understand where the differentiators are," Taylor said.
"But where we're trying to encourage our partners to go and invest is on the development of services around that because if they develop professional or managed or support-based services that they can take to market, then the journey with CrowdStrike is going to be that much more profitable for them."
