Infinity Group offers new home to housing CRM specialist Redkite
Microsoft-focused MSP has 150 staff post-acquisition
Microsoft-focused software and services provider Infinity Group has acquired RedkiteCRM, a specialised housing management system provider catering to the social housing sector, the two companies announced today.
RedkiteCRM brings sector knowledge and dedicated intellectual property tailored to the challenges of housing associations in managing tenant communications and operations.
The HSM provider's solutions are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, CRM, Business Central, and Power Platform.
As a result of the buyout, Infinity has 150 full-time employees, enabling it to expand its customer base and offer tailored solutions to the social housing sector, including digitising communications and automating housing management processes.
"The RedkiteCRM team has developed an impressive proposition and expertise that will empower us to make a meaningful impact in the social housing sector," commented Infinity CEO Rob Young.
"As housing associations grapple with mounting resident challenges, exacerbated by inflation and the cost-of-living crisis, there is a growing need for transformative technological solutions. We are eager to collaborate with the RedkiteCRM team to create solutions that streamline manual processes and enhance tenant support."
Andy McCormick, director of housing at RedkiteCRM, added: "Joining Infinity Group represents a strategic move that merges our expertise and tailored approach with their scale, aligning with our shared vision for the social housing sector. Associations require liberation from legacy systems to unlock greater efficiencies and improve resident engagement."
Infinity Group's future plans involve building upon RedkiteCRM's existing offerings by incorporating emerging tech such as Microsoft Copilot and IoT.
Eleri Gibbon, channel partners director at Microsoft UK, commented: "I am thrilled by the acquisition of RedkiteCRM by Infinity Group. This acquisition not only strengthens Infinity Group's deep industry expertise within the housing sector but also leverages their dedicated intellectual property built on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to drive transformative change in a sector ripe for innovation."
