Giacom acquires Azure-focused MSP intY

Specialist cloud marketplace provider Giacom has successfully acquired intY, a UK Microsoft cloud MSP, from ScanSource, a US-based company.
With this acquisition, Giacom is looking to position itself as the foremost provider of Microsoft licensing to the SMB-focused UK channel.
The acquisition encompasses intY's UK revenues, partners, and business operations, providing Giacom with a significant boost in its Microsoft cloud capabilities.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Giacom CEO, Terry O'Brien, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition.

As part of the acquisition, intY's 1,500 partners will seamlessly join Giacom's thriving ecosystem.
The emphasis is on ensuring uninterrupted service continuity for existing partners while introducing new opportunities.
Giacom's expanded portfolio will offer partners access to a curated suite of products and services, including cloud, communications, hardware, and billing solutions, all conveniently accessible in one place.
