Logicalis unveils updated Digital Fabric Platform as it pursues growth in managed services, security
New platform release comes amid wider push across security and services
MSP Logicalis has unveiled the latest version of its Digital Fabric Platform.
The updated platform promises to provide chief information officers with deeper insights and recommendations to fortify the performance of their complete digital ecosystem.
Widely launched in July 2023, the Digital Fabric Platform offered CIOs real-time visibility into their digital ecosystem's performance across essential metrics such as reliability, security and compliance, economics, user experience, and environment.
Following adoption over 200 digital managed services customers in EMEA, Australia, and the United States, Logicalis has responded to user feedback with key updates that focus on delivering more detailed insights, increased transparency, and actionable AI-powered recommendations.
The notable enhancements to the platform include an updated user interface, overall health score, deeper insights, including recommendations to enhance the health of a user's digital ecosystem, as well as a knowledge base providing answers about platform functionality.
Toby Alcock, CTO at Logicalis (pictured), expressed enthusiasm about the latest release, stating: "We're excited to unveil our latest Digital Fabric Platform release to the market.
"Our customers' voices and feedback are at the heart of our continuous product innovation and have been the driving force behind these platform enhancements. Through the platform's new interface and richer insights, we're empowering the CIO with board-level visibility."
In an interview with CRN in November 2023, Logicalis CEO Bob Bailkoski attributed a "significant" chunk of the MSP's managed services growth to the platform and predicted strong growth in 2024 across skills and performance, as well as singling out security as a key theme for the coming year.
