Bell Integration expands partnership with Amelia, buys out software unit
The deal enables the Portsmouth shop to extend service offering and accelerate AI growth
Bell Integration has unveiled the acquisition of AI-focused software shop, Amelia's, services unit.
The collaboration empowers Portsmouth-HQ Bell, enhancing the capabilities of its AI services and solutions team, while Amelia's digital first team is expected to receive support from Bell's delivery division.
Manpreet Gill, CEO of Bell Integration, expressed optimism about the collaboration, stating: "We are excited to welcome Amelia's digital-first team to the Bell Integration family and have already started to see the benefits of working together. This strategic relationship will allow us to better serve our customers, extend our service offering and accelerate the growth of our AI business."
While emphasising the continuing importance of human engagement in Bell's capabilities, Gill highlighted the significance of adopting a digital-first approach within both delivery teams. This approach is expected to inject increased efficiency into engagements through AI and automation.

As part of the collaboration, Bell Integration has expanded its AI teams across the UK, India, North America, and Europe, following the onboarding of the Amelia digital-first managed services team.
This expansion equips Bell, which ranks seventh in CRN's Top VARs ranking, to deliver a comprehensive range of AI services and solutions, spanning strategic consulting, architecture, design, AI implementation, and run services.
