Logpoint continues MSSP push with partner programme revamp
The revamp includes new benefits for resellers and a brand new programme strand for MSSPs
Treat detection, investigation and response vendor Logpoint has launched a partner programme for MSSPs, alongside new additions to its existing programme for channel partners.
These initiatives aim to streamline collaboration, enhance value delivery, and fortify the vendor's commitment to empowering its partner ecosystem and shared clientele.

The MSSP programme offers comprehensive support to MSSPs, facilitating rapid customer success through:
- Starter pack: A dedicated starter pack featuring Logpoint Director - a platform enabling seamless management of large and multi-tenant deployments - alongside support, training, onboarding assistance, and ongoing enablement opportunities, empowering MSSPs to maximise operational efficiency.
- Flexible commercial models: The vendor presents MSSPs with two flexible commercial models tailored to diverse business requirements. These models offer subscription assignments and consumption-based pricing structures, ensuring scalability and adaptability to varying client needs.
- Predictable pricing: MSSPs benefit from Logpoint's predictable pricing model, based on nodes rather than data volumes, fostering greater financial clarity and facilitating business expansion.
Logpoint has also introduced enhancements to its channel partner programme. The revamp offers resellers:
- Simplified tiering model: A streamlined tiering structure providing clear margin benefits, with Silver and Gold status granting access to differentiated training and sales engineering enablement. Partners can enjoy total discounts of up to 20 per cent for Silver and 30 per cent for Gold certified partners.
- Streamlined deal registration process: Implementation of a streamlined deal registration process ensures consistency and efficiency across regions, expediting partner transactions and optimising operational workflows.
- Extended success plan: Channel partners can now offer Logpoint Services, including the newly launched Extended Success Plan, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through improved Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expert support.
This announcement marks the latest milestone in Logpoint's ongoing MSP drive.
In January, the company unveiled its new SIEM platform, targeting service providers, further solidifying its position as an industry leader dedicated to driving innovation and enabling partner success.
At the time, Logpoint product manager, Edy Almer, told CRN that the update was part of Logpoint positioning itself as a preferred cyber partner for MSPs targeting the SMB space, or small and medium MSPs themselves.
