CRN's Diversity Leaders 2024
The inaugural list celebrates the trailblasers pushing for an inclusive tech channel
CRN is excited to announce the 2024 Diversity Leaders list, a celebration of 15 inspirational individuals who are paving the way for a more inclusive and diverse tech industry.
The first edition of the list, curated by CRN editorial in collaboration with industry sources, acknowledges the efforts of those who, at various stages of their careers, have made significant strides in fostering diversity and inclusion within their organisations and the wider tech community.
We wanted to represent the established leaders who have stood their ground in the channel for decades and paved the way for others, as well as those following in their footsteps now and making the industry as inclusive and welcoming as it can possibly be.
We acknowledge, though, that this is not an exhaustive list of everyone who has made a difference in their companies and communities this year. It could never be, as so many channel pros are striving make the industry a better place to work. And the task is far from over.
The Diversity Leaders list is carefully curated to highlight professionals who have utilised their positions and experiences to champion diversity and nurture promising young talent in the tech channel.
These leaders have demonstrated a commitment to creating equitable opportunities and have been instrumental in implementing inclusive practices that benefit both their companies and the industry as a whole.
Among the honourees are heads of departments, recruitment managers, founders, and tech ambassadors, all of whom have a common thread of driving positive change.
Their achievements are a testament to the impact that dedicated efforts towards diversity and inclusion can have, not only within their immediate teams but across the broader tech landscape.
