Node4 backs up Microsoft Copilot commitment with over 1,000 licenses and large-scale rollout

Node4 has announced a substantial investment in Copilot for Microsoft 365.

The digital transformation MSP has purchased over 1,100 seats of the next-generation AI assistant.

Working closely with Microsoft, Node4 gained early access to resources and expertise, providing them with a real-world advantage in implementing AI both internally and for their clients.

Hannah Birch, MD at Node4, emphasised "Our investment in Copilot for Microsoft 365 demonstrates our commitment to staying at the cutting edge of technology. By integrating Copilot into our operations, we are improving our internal processes and setting a standard for the solutions we deliver to our clients."

The company aims to leverage Copilot to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and allow its workforce to focus on higher-value tasks.

Early results are promising, with Node4's development team projecting up to 80 per cent increase in departmental efficiency.

Richard Ellis, small, medium and corporate lead at Microsoft UK, praised Node4's initiative: "Node4's investment in Copilot for Microsoft 365 exemplifies the forward-thinking approach needed to drive digital transformation and innovation."

Looking ahead, Node4 is exploring how Copilot could help create improved and automated end-to-end ERP workflow management solutions for clients.

Mark Skelton, chief technology & strategy officer at Node4, sees this investment as crucial for maintaining the company's position at the forefront of the digital services industry.

Node4 is the latest among a series of resellers to invest in Microsoft Copilot.

Earlier this year, German IT solutions provider, Bechtle announced it had purchased over 5,000 Copilot seats and was planning to release them in 14 countries.

At the same time, Performanta also announced a new Copilot integration for Security to introduce Safe XDR into the AI assistant, calling it the world's first AI-verified extended detection and response (XDR) service.

And AvePoint's Chris Shaw, told CRN in an interview that since the MSP had invested in Copilot it had been "an absolute game changer".

He also added that: "Organisations need a certain level of control and preparation to make the most of Copilot and justify/understand use cases. It can do everything so you must be specific on intended goals and what adoption actually means for your business."
