What has been your business highlight of 2022?

Strong organic growth within Bell Integration.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

An external commercial board, aligned independently to compulsorily ratify all or any of the financial decisions made by careerist politicians.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Elon Musk for trailblazing in a number of areas. Whether successful or not, he has instigated change and innovation enabling others to follow, potentially with better product or solutions.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"Opinions could vary but I'd hope it would certainly involve good red wine."

What was your first job?

Building PortaKabins for a road crew in the Sahara desert, Libya in 1980 responsible for linking Sabha 400 miles away with Tripoli.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Legacy by James Kerr, the reasoning behind the long-running success of the All Blacks and in places very good.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Ensure honesty is a foundation for all decisions and in all dealings with others.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Clint Eastwood, not because we look alike, but as someone who doesn't do bad movies, could be a different rework of my life.
