Seeing the growing teams in Chippenham and Manchester thriving together side-by-side, hitting record figures and having a lot of fun in the process.
If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?
Everybody should do heart-rate raising exercise at least twice per week. Healthy body, healthy mind - the basis for everything.
Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?
Paul Hunter - one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He always has time for you, has bundles of energy and is smart as you like. Whatever you do, please don't tell him I said that!
If you had a warning label, what would it say?
"Feed regularly and don't disturb while sleeping."
What was your first job?
At 14, I built my own little snacks business, selling Tayto crisps to Irish pubs in Germany.
What was the last book you read, and was it any good?
The Inner Game of Tennis by W. Timothy Gallwey. A thought provoking book, which is not just about tennis...
What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?
Bauchgefuehl - trust your gut instinct.
