What has been your business highlight of 2022?

I would say getting our first seed round of investment in. Up until this point we have bootstrapped the company but it has been nice to be able to scale in line with business growth by expanding our team to support our global offerings.

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

The law of equality. So that every person could be treated fairly no matter what back ground, race, gender or religion.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Bill McDermott, the CEO of Service Now. He has the ability to create an amazing culture no matter what organisation he works for. He is a humble man with a great vision and I find him really inspirational.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

"If you don't want to hear the truth, don't ask me." I am a very honest person and believe that open honest communication is essential.

What was your first job?

I worked as a care assistant in a nursing home, which I did up until I decided to go travelling.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

The last book I read was actually Bring Your Human to Work by Erica Keswin. It's effectively about building relationships in the workplace and about the culture we create by being ‘human'. I really enjoyed this book as it reminds me that the most successful leaders are those that show openness, empathy and genuinely care for the teams we create.

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Always be true to yourself.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

I love Jodie Comer. She adapts so well to different roles and plays every part out with everything she has. Just like me!
