FluidOne had an incredibly acquisitive year, with three buyouts in 2023 alone Computer and Network Consultants, project five and Highlander Computing.
Its buyout-focused strategy has taken it to a whopping 71.6m revenue in its most recent financial year to March 2023, but with its most recent acquisition, announced just days ago – SureCloud Cyber Services – the London-HQ MSP is now a £109m revenue business.
Recently, CEO Russell Horton sat down with CRN, outlining the company's goal of making four new acquisitions annually on its way to becoming a £300m revenue business.
Sharing what he looks for in a potential deal, he said:
"Our number one thing is businesses that give good customer service because they fit our DNA and early on, the customers will trust them or be open to seeing other services from the group.
"As part of the due diligence, we always survey their top customers. They need to have a high NPS or they won't fit our DNA."
