Air IT has a team of 500+ professionals spread across nine UK offices, along with a dedicated 24/7 service desk team in Malaysia, it told CRN.
This setup is intended to ensure round-the-clock support for UK SMBs and facilitates efficient assistance for users in different time zones.
According to the company, in 2024 it will prioritise, streamlining business operations and incorporating AI and automation to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Another key priority will be sustainability and responsible business practices through environmental projects and workplace culture improvements.
Lastly, the MSP aims to home in on a new strategy to enhance market presence and ensure services remain relevant to the evolving needs of the SME market.
In July 2023, Air IT acquired Vital Technology Group to establish a new regional hub for Yorkshire and the North East, expanding their reach and service offerings.
