What has been your business highlight of 2022?

It is tough to be specific, obviously, the main one being a finalist in the CRN Awards; aside from that, moving into our new office, opening our German office, doubling our turnover and profitability, increasing our sales team by 50 per cent (mainly through our graduate scheme), achieving carbon negative status and Investors In People!

If you were ruler of your own country, what law would you introduce first?

Freedom of speech.

Which channel or tech leader (outside of your own company) has impressed you most in 2022?

Mike Norris was on the panel at the live channel chat event. I enjoyed listening to his views on several topics. He came across as a down-to-earth guy with a straightforward approach to business.

If you had a warning label, what would it say?

It would probably be an extensive one, maybe "Highly flammable."

What was your first job?

Sales support enterprise accounts at Ingram Micro.

What was the last book you read, and was it any good?

Conspiracy - A history of Bxllocks Theories and How Not to Fall for Them. Very funny and very good!

What's the most important lesson you've learned from another business leader or mentor?

Humility albeit inadvertently.

Who would play you in a movie of your life?

Danny Dyer.
